Mounting Instructions |
|
Mount 2x 1/4" bolts at 70.6mm apart (2.8") and hang the entire device by the two mounting holes on the bracket. Attach the mud in line via the 3/4" NPT thread and the mud out line via the 1" NPT male thread. Then attach the air in line to keep positive pressure via the 3/8" NPT thread and the gas out to the chromatograph via the other 3/8" NPT thread.
The air motor has to be powered by between 4 and 6 bar pressure, and the rpm set to the ideal speed depending on the agitation required.
The inside has several baffle layers to prevent mud from seeping up into the gas line |
